Truly Fine Wine ferments naturally during an aging process that lasts from 2 to 5 years, depending on the grape varietal. (There are over 10,000 types of grapes or grape varietals.) In addition, vines do not produce wine grapes for at least 6 years. Expert growers tend wines with their specialized knowledge and expertise to bring out certain flavors. We own vineyards and we also select entire harvests from small, specialty growers we know and trust. Most importantly, Fine Wine is made of grapes only. There are absolutely NO additives in truly fine wine. Our fine wines, crafted by award-winning, 2nd and 3rd generation wine makers, are only bottled when perfected by nature. This process takes as long as it takes; bottling only occurs at the very peak of perfection. Quarterly testing ensures this.
And That’s why we get to enjoy all the benefits without any headaches or “rot gut”. Sulfites occur naturally over time while grapes ferment. Our body knows what nature provides and filters it easily. Artificial sulfites and other additives enable conglomerates to mass produce wine at the lowest cost by recipe, to increase the shelf life, and get it to the store faster.
